350e Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 350e platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 350e platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use 350e's services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority as required by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not be located in a region or jurisdiction where the use of this service is prohibited.
- Register using accurate, truthful and complete personal information.
350e reserves the right to reject registrations or terminate the account of any user found not to meet the eligibility requirements above, without prior notice.
Account Creation, Responsibilities and Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 350e platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
When registering, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information, including your full name, date of birth, address, and valid contact details.
- Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login credentials with any other party.
- Notify 350e immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Complete the identity verification (KYC) process when requested for compliance and security purposes.
350e will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure. All activity carried out using your login details is your sole responsibility.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 350e platform agree not to engage in the following activities while using our services:
- Using the platform for any unlawful or unethical activity.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems and infrastructure.
- Using automated software, bots or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform without written authorisation.
- Disseminating content that is defamatory, misleading, harmful or infringes the rights of others.
- Engaging in payment fraud, money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of associated funds, and legal action where necessary. 350e reserves the right to disclose user information to the relevant authorities if required by law.
Payments, Transactions and MYR Currency
All transactions on the 350e platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You agree that all deposits, bets and withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Deposit: All deposits are final once credited to your account. 350e is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified account or payment method registered in the account holder's name. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method.
- Identity verification: 350e reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is for legal compliance and fraud prevention purposes.
- Fees: Some payment methods may incur fees charged by the service provider. Users are responsible for being aware of and bearing any applicable charges.
- Funds deposited for gaming purposes may not be transferred, sold or lent to any other party.
Any attempt to commit payment fraud, including initiating unauthorised chargebacks after funds have been used, will be treated as fraud and the associated account will be closed immediately.
Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
350e does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or faults at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 350e shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from technical disruptions beyond our control.
Account Suspension and Closure
350e reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including suspected fraud, breach of these terms, a user's own request, or direction from the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, any remaining funds may be forfeited. Account closures requested by the user will be processed in accordance with the established procedure.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software and other materials found on the 350e platform are the exclusive property of 350e or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use any such content without written permission from 350e. Unauthorised use of the 350e brand name, logos or trademarks is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The 350e platform may utilise third-party service providers such as payment processors and game providers. 350e is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use or practices of those third parties. Users are encouraged to review each provider's policies separately.
Changes to These Terms
350e reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this website. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Applicable Law
